RingSync proxies the directory read server-side and streams it straight to the phone. We persist scheduling and sync metadata only — never the contacts themselves, which exist only in your directory and on your employees' devices.

What IT teams ask first.

Do you store our contacts?
No. RingSync reads the directory server-side and streams it to the device. Contacts live only in your directory and on employees' phones; we keep sync and scheduling metadata only.
Which directories are supported?
Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace, both supported today. Sync is one-way from the directory to the phone.
Does it work with our MDM?
RingSync is a standard mobile app and deploys cleanly through MDM such as Intune, Jamf or Kandji. Employees sign in once with their company account.
What happens when someone leaves?
When the account is disabled or removed from the directory, RingSync detects it and removes the corresponding contacts from the device — scoped to that directory only.
Can we self-host?
Self-hosting is not available at launch. RingSync is fully hosted in the EU, with OAuth tokens encrypted at rest.
How long does deployment take?
Under 10 minutes for the admin: grant consent once, pick your scope, and employees can start syncing.
